Job Title : Junior Executive / Executive - HR & General Admin (Direct company Payroll)
Location : Shamirpet - Thirukapally, Hyderabad
Working days : Monday to Friday, General Office timing
Reporting to : Manager - HR - Chennai Office
No. of Employees in Hyderabad : 10+
Other facilities : Transport - Common point pick up and drop off, Canteen subsided
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible of handling all HR & general Administration activity.
- Need to take care of all local HR regulatory based on the company requirement.
- Need to maintain the appropriate employee relationship and support
- Need to work with Global way of practice.
- Should have HR statutory knowledge
- Good communication skills.
- Sound Knowledge in General Administration and Human Resources
- Good Listening skill and decision making skills.
- Multi-tasking skills and innovative thoughts
- Ability in negotiation and planning
- Knowledge in Ms. Office
