To assist Human Resources Manager on the human resources and admin
matters eg : staff welfare, medical, recruitment, etc.
To assist the Human Resources Manager in liase with government bodies
regarding workers work permit, licenses, expatriate employment pass and other
such as EPF, ESIC, local authority etc.
To update and prepared the monthly manpower report.
To arrange the staff trains either in-house or public training.
To update, check, arrange and attend:-
Annual leave, Medicals & Medical Claims Record
Punch card, Security Guard Clocking
Overtime report and graph
Payment of EPF, ESIC, Welfare fund etc.
Foreign workers work permit, insurance, passport etc.
Staff welfare and complains
To update the attendance record, punch card, overtime etc.
To assist the company insurance matters related to employees, such as
hospitalization and Group Medical and Personal Accident.
To assist the monthly payroll preparation.
To update Climatological Data Summary
To assist on the scrap export documents preparation.
Authorities : Depends on direct superior instruction
To perform any others duties as per required by the Head Of Department
